About
Fountain Place is a Dallas landmark, an instantly recognizable 58-story glass prism that defines the City’s skyline. Designed by preeminent architects I.M. Pei and Harry Cobb of I.M. Pei Partners, the tower is undergoing an extensive $70 million interior renovation that will feature a unique art installation of cast glass created by artist John Lewis. Fountain Place is perhaps most notable for its plaza designed by legendary landscape architect Dan Kiley, comprising 1.7 acres of dancing fountains, trees and gathering spaces, plus several new restaurants on the plaza. Joining Fountain Place in 2019 is AMLI at Fountain Place, a 45-story glass tower currently under construction that will bring 367 residential units to the Arts District.
