The Moody Performance Hall, formerly known as Dallas City Performance Hall, is a multi-disciplinary performance center that hosts a broad range of events by emerging and mid-sized cultural organizations in the Dallas Arts District. Performances represent all artistic disciplines and reflect the cultural diversity of organizations within the City of Dallas. Local organizations such as Bruce Wood Dance, Dallas Chamber Symphony, Junior Players, Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture, and more frequent the Performance Hall stage. Moody Performance Hall is owned and operated by the Office of Arts & Culture at the City of Dallas. Located at the intersection of Routh and Flora streets across from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, Moody Performance Hall serves as a gateway to the Arts District.
